Why a Team of Specialists > Solo Agents

You wouldn't work with a single doctor or a single lawyer for a surgery or a legal matter; you would work with a team of specialists. Here's why you should do the same when buying or selling a home.

Is your real estate agent a one-person show, or do they have a team working with them?

When you hire a doctor or lawyer, there will always be a team of specialists. You wouldn’t want to have one lawyer who handles your whole case or one doctor who checks you into the hospital, checks your vitals, performs a procedure, and prescribes your medicine.

There won't ever be one person who knows it all, and the same can be said for your real estate agent. They should be someone that focuses on selling the property and can bring buyers to it.

A single agent only has the same 24 hours in a day that a team of specialists has.
If your agent does only that, they can have their team members do the rest, which could include marketing materials, posting photos online, and creating fliers. On my team, for example, we have a marketing person and an administrative person, to name a few.

If you work with a single agent, remember that they only have the same 24 hours in a day as a team—they can only do so much. If one person has to do it all, the work will be compromised.

If you have any questions about the benefits of working with a real estate team rather than a single agent or you're thinking about buying or selling a home in the San Francisco area, give me a call or send me an email. I'd be glad to help.
